We only offer full refunds to customers under the following circumstances:

• Non Delivery of any item • Faulty or damaged goods
PLEASE NOTE: Custom & personalised items are not covered by our returns policy.
However we do understand that sometimes people make mistakes, misspelling words, misreading things or getting the measurements wrong. If you do have a problem contact us and we may be able to help. All we ask is that you return items to us in the same condition that you received them and in suitable packaging. If you are worried, maybe the package has arrived in a bad way, then take pictures before you open the item, so we can see what has happened in the post. All items are new, unless otherwise stated. If you need to return any goods then you the buyer are responsible for the shipping charges. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage charges, unless we have made an error. Where an item is sold with free postage and a refund needs to be made then we will deduct 50 % of the postage charge from the original sale price, unless we have discussed this with you first.
